s that simple.
However, they’ve must’ve had a big bowl of crack before they did their MAC mid-season report and awards piece since picking Jerome Tillman of Ohio, a team that currently sits in 5th place in the MAC East and is the only MAC East side to lose a game to a team from the woeful West makes about as much sense as letting someone who played a key role in letting Lehman Brothers fail run phase II of the bank bailout.
Oh yeah, that’s what’s actually happening so I guess picking Tillman as MAC mid-season POY is just another example of how far into bizarro world we are these days.
I may be a homer, but the fact is Rodney Pierce is the best player on the best team in the league. He should be the mid-season POY. Its that simple.
